i ordered a barbeque on the 6th of june 2006,i was told it would take upto 12 days for me to recieve the item.
after 18 days i phoned customer service to check on my order and after 6 hrs of waiting i still had no help from them and they were pretty rude.
after 22 days i tried again to get some assurance of my order but i was once again put on hold and never helped with my enquiry.
i have tried to cancel my order for a full refund but have recieved no input on my emails or web cancelations and i am still waiting for my money back.
