Complaint Review: KYLE & SHAWN CUNNINGHAM

In my opinion, and in my experience with these two "realtors", they appear to me to be the worst "landlords" in the Las Vegas area. 

I rented a home from these two guys. The whole process was ridiculously UNPROFESSIONAL. They have a young twenty-something obese girl named Debra Fitzgerald that basically does all their legwork, ie : paperwork, phone calls, and the like. She is beyond idiotic. Can't answer simple questions, and can't return phone calls or emails. Not a brain in her head, and not professional. She made the process very hard to stomach.

Now the good part... Kyle Cunningham and his brother Shawn Cunningham are two "Real estate agents" that are somehow hooked up with Remax Advantage, or just use the name for clout purposes. These two brothers are African American males in their later 20's maybe early 30's. Both are very self important young men and refuse to deal with who they are renting to. They are very much all about the money. More more more. We had the audacity to question some of the outrageous fees they were charging for the rental deposit. They didn't like that, and basically let us know that if we didn't like it, we could walk. We got them to take off 2 of the fees, and they begrudgingly did it after almost a week of non-answered phone calls.

The worst part of it all was the way they treated us. I know what REVERSE RACISM feels like, and these two men are exhibiting this ugly trait. They are angry people and don't care about their renters. Why is this a RIP-OFF REPORT? Well, when we moved out after our lease was up, we made sure the place was perfect and better than when we moved in, yet they still found a way to give us back almost nothing of a $1200 security deposit. Citing paint work, carpet cleaning and a host of other charges that were purely bogus. When we questioned, they immediately threatened lawsuit, and said we could sue them if we wanted our money back. Nice guys. DO NOT RENT ANY PROPERTY IN LAS VEGAS FROM KYLE & SHAWN CUNNINGHAM
