A little over a year ago, my first car broke down. It was older, had already been through one engine, and had many other issues. Being new to the area, I checked out some local shops, and Kyles stuck out to me. he had pretty good reviews (although not many) and was fairly close. I had my car towed to him, and he said he might not be able to get to it today, so I did not go with my car.

Now, I clearly stated multiple times during our first phone call that I did not want any sort of service done to it. I wanted a diagnosis only. I had already put too much into that car, and was considering getting a new one. Not to mention, I would have liked to have been there in person to discuss the issues and payment.

The following afternoon, I received a call from him that he had already done some repairs!!? and that it would take a couple more days to order in another part. I immediately was upset, and told him I didn't have the money for all these repairs, and I wasn't even sure if I was going to fix that car. I made that very clear the day before, and he completely ignored me. He started telling me that I needed to pay for what he's done (a starter and one or two other things, I can't recall now), and he won't release my car until I do.

My fiance and parents had to get involved, and after several heated discussions(he was yelling at my fiance and mother), he finally agreed to let me get my car back. He removed the new parts, threw all the old ones into the back seat, and I had my car towed off.
