Complaint Review: KYLES TREOS

I cannot begin to warn to strongly enough on the danger of buying ANYTHING from KYLES_TREOS on Ebay. This is Rob Eisenberg, a cancer to everyone and anyone who knows him in the cell phone business. I am currently preparing a class action suit with almost 50 other ebayers and 10 resellers who have been ripped off by this crook over the past year alone!

Ebay has suspended him over 1 dozen times but he simply finds a new patsy locally to sell his products using his user ID and password until he destroys that persons rating and gets suspended again. Then, like a parasite, he attaches to another host and begins the process again. If you have any doubt, look up these usernames on ebay: LILLYLILACS, ADDCELLS1, ALISTPHONES, CALICELLSHOP, NYCELLPHONES0326, PETEY51379, PIZZABOYPHONES, PRIME_PHONES, RBDWHOLESALE, ROBERTBRANDONELECTRONICS

In each case, you'll see they were suspended and compare the products each one sold and you'll easily see the pattern. This brings us to his latest ID, KYLES_TREOS. Again, look at the products compared to the suspended ID's...look familiar? Also, take note that he is beginning the pattern of destruction, getting almost 20 negatives in the last 28 days already! It will just continue until he destroys poor Kyles account and moves on!

I cannot stress enought the danger in buying the water damaged, refurbished junk this man sells as NEW and NEVER OPENED! He lies about everything he says. He uses cheap Chinese cases to re-house old water damaged phones. The only reason he gets positives is the poor naive ebayers who get the units looking clean, do not know they are re-housed so when they look nice, they leave positive. Then, a week later, when the phone starts freezing up and shorting out, it is too late to change your rating! This is how I got burned. PLEASE, if anything like this happened to you, PLEASE add on here and tell your story! We MUST put a stop to this CRIMINAL.
