Complaint Review: KymCo - Elite Towing And Recovery

My daughter and I were going to drop of my 2 great-nieces at their apartment in RiverHorse Ranch apartment complex in Pflugerville TX. Located at 1525 Grand Avenue Parkway. We had taken the girls for a couple days to give their mother (my neice) a break because she is now 8 and 1/2 months pregnant. When I parked my Honda Pilot next to a nice Nissan sports car I did not want the kids to hit it so I made sure there was enough room for the doors to open without hitting it. In doing this I parked over the white line on the opposite side. After bringing the kids upstairs and saying our goodbyes about 20 minutes later I went outside to find my truck gone. I immediatly began to dial 911 thinking my truck was stolen only to have a man walking by tell my neice that they always tow cars and to try calling the number on the sign up front. While calling the number on the sign I spotted my truck hooked up to a tow-truck at the opposite gate. I stopped the man and asked him why I was bieng towed. From the very beginning the man was extremly rude to me and told me I have 20min to come up with $65 cash or he is taking it to impound. He said I was taking up 2 spots and he is contracted by the management company of Riverhorse Ranch and any issues should be taken up with them. I was not comfortable with paying him cash so I called the company and they were just as rude and said I could either pay him $65 cash or let him take it the impound and then have to pay $125 plus millage and all these other charges. As I live in San Antonio I had no choice but to pay the man so I could get home. I am going to pursue getting my money back and would appreciate any help in this matter.
