I have been having an issue with my Kyocera Rise cellphone for 4 months now since April 2018. I have consistently been calling Virgin Mobile over and over about this issue. The issue is that every time someone sends me a text message I receive the same text message 2-3 times. They have been walking me through troubleshooting steps. Nothing have ever fixed this issue. I have a Kyocera Rise cellphone, which is ran on an Android 4.0 system. I believe that they are well aware of what is going on with my cellphone because every other time that I call them about an issue that I am having with my cellphone, they fix it very fast. Every time I try to speak to a supervisor, they never put one on the phone. Based on comments that I seen on their Facebook page, they will no longer be supporting Android phones nor unlocking Android phones and is forcing customers to switch to their expensive, outrageous Iphones. They will only support Android phones that is already on their network, which I am. They no longer even sell Android phones. Not everyone wants an Iphone. I have never wanted an Iphone. What they are doing to their customers is very wrong. I have been a loyal customer of Virgin Mobile since 2011. I originally had a L.G. Rumor 2 cellphone & have had a Kyocera Rise cellphone since 2013. One short period of time in 2014 I had a Kyocera Event cellphone too. They even told me to contact the makers of Kyocera Rise cellphone at: kyoceramobile.com/contact/ . I immediately contacted the makers of the Kyocera Rise cellphone. They told me the best people to fix it is Virgin Mobile and their technical support team because they have access to the tools to fix it, and it is not on their end. I think both them and Virgin Mobile is in this together. They are both trained what to tell customers.
