1. They steal my sessions. Keep charging me for sessions I never scheduled for.
2. Session should be 30 minutes long but the trainers only give 15 minutes, maximum 20 minutes.

3. Less trainers - I have to keep changing trainers to get time for my sessions.

4. I was encouraged to purchase personal training from Pro Results. I enrolled in personal training on November 10, 2008. I was told that I needed a trainer to help me meet my fitness goals, to help me meet my health goals, to encourage me and help me be consistent with training, and to make sure I have a varied, effective weight training program. I had thought joining this training will give me more energy and physical and mental balance. More concentration power, but I am more disturbed now because I am not getting the value of my money. I am not at all satisfied.

5. Their cancelation policy says that customer has to pay half of the remaining payments, WHICH the sales person never mentions while going through the policies. They say customer can cancel or upgrade anytime. When I went home after signing in and read the policy papers I went back next day to cancel. They told me to contact customer service office. When I called customer service they told me to sign up on internet and download a cancellation form. I did that, filled the form and took back to LA fitness center they told me its more the third day now so in order to cancel I have to pay half of the remaining payment that is $960 plus lose the enrollment money $149.
I looked on internet and found out its just not me there are about thousands of customers who have been and are being cheated by LA Fitness.

I also found out that they keep charging the credit card even after cancellation. So I though I would just go ahead and just think about fitness and the benefits it would give me. But now I am being cheated by stolen sessions.

I have attached the print- outs of my account history. The check in history and Training history proves how many sessions they have stolen. I have been charged for sessions on days when I did not even go there. They say I forgot to show up...how can someone forget to show up for every other session?
