Complaint Review: L A Fitness. L A Body Fitness of Change

Do not be a fool Body of Change is a BIG BIG ripoff. Like the other reports you are reading here my experience all the reports are true. We joined L A Fitness 3 yrs ago my wife tried the free training session with a trainer [nothing but a sales man ] she signed a contract I was willing to pay for a personal trainer if my wife got results.

first session she was asigned a trainer Kathy well my wife could have done it alone. next time Kathy was out of town , then Kathy quit[most do I have been a member for 3 yrs they come and go most only last a month until they find better work]. well first they charged my credit card 0ver 680.00 which i disputed and are still in dispute. then they tried additional charges had to cancel the credit card. Now we will be in a Court of Law which i'm hireing a lawyer.

This company L A Fitness should be reveiwed by the Federal Trade Commission they make it inpossible or very hard to cancel or get a person to talk to . Yes they take your money and nevr stop taking it untilyou call your bank and complain and stop such withdrawals. Why any government agency has looked into this practice I don't know mus be giving political money. Laws should allow you to cancel at any time and stop charges to banks and credit cards.
