After reviewing the Program and joining. I paid over $2000.00 the staff was changed every other week. Very poor customer service. When I went to weight in and asked for help I was advised that no one had been through the program and the dietican was not located in town. I was told to try to figure out the program and why weight was not coming off.

I was forced to purchase a plan which included their supplements, bars, drinks. I was never contacted for missing weekly weigh ins. I work next door to the company and customer service was the absoluet worse I have ever experienced.

When I contacted the corporate office I also was given the runaround. I was told someone who contact me as soon as possible (on several occassions). I got to the point where I gave up trying to speak with someone. When I approached the center in Bakersfield I was spoken to very rudely and the manager gave me another number to call, ignored me and walked into another room. I don't want someone else ripped off for large sums of $ for a program that only cares about getting the $ up front and then you're on your own.
