LA WHEEL AND TIRE RIPOFF! CHROME EXCHANGE CON ARTISTS!
1) DOES NOT REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT FOR CHROME EXCHANGE! CLAIMS YOUR WHEELS ARE BAD AND CHARGES YOU EXTRA MONEY!
2) SELLS YOU USED WHEELS THAT ARE BENT OR OUT OF ROUND OR SCRATCHED!
3) USES POOR CHROME QUALITY THAT PEELS!
4) DOES NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS IN A TIMELY FASHION! CHARGES YOUR CARD AND THEN THE CHASE IS ON WHILE YOU WAIT!

Based on your transaction history with us, I believe your wheels are still under warranty with us. If you are experiencing peeling chrome -- as you reported you are -- we will gladly help you out per our chrome warranty.

You can post all the links and pictures you want but it's your actions that speak the truth.  Your warranty is BS as you will find a reason to not honor your warranty (weather, cleaners, damaged etc...) You also will find a reason to get a free wheel or two out of someone simply because you can...  Every few customers you will tell them their wheel is damaged once you have it in your hands and send them a picture of a previously damaged wheel you took a picture of.  Once you do this you will tell the customer you will return the wheel to them if they pay $100+ in shipping so they can see for theirselves then get charged for a wheel on top of that.  So yes your exchange and warranty terms are bs and cover your a$$ in everyway possible.  Hopefully people will stop falling for your scam.  I'm not the only one who has had issues...just search the web.  You may have your 99% feedback on ebay because you are constantly having customers change feedback for you.  Search the web and you will find alot of unhappy people that have used the LA SCAM

To address concerns about our warrant and our chrome exchange program, the terms of both can be found online:

The wheels sent to us for the exchange in both of these cases were damaged and required repairs.  As stated in our policy, we will take the repair charges out of the deposit because essentially we are getting bad wheels in exchange for the 100% straight and true ones that we sent out.

In terms of the warranty, if the chrome finish shows any signs of peeling, a warranty claim can be made any time within 5 years and we fully back it.  If you haven't damaged your wheels from hitting a curb, used abrasive cleaners on it, or otherwise mistreated them, they will be covered per the terms of the warranty.

ANYONE READING THIS PLEASE TYPE "LA WHEEL" INTO THE SEARCH COLUMN SO YOU CAN READ MY RIP OFF REPORT ALSO.  IF THE GUY THAT WAS RUNNING THIS PLACE WAS PINOCCIO HIS NOSE WOULD BE TOUCHING THE GROUND BY NOW!!!  YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF AND THEIR EXHANGE PROGRAM IS COMPLETE BS!! NOT ONLY DID I GET SCREWED ON MY EXHANGE DEPOSIT AFTER SENDING THEM PICTURES AND BEING VERY UP FRONT, NOW THE WHEELS THEY SENT ME 2/4 OF THEM HAVE PEELING CHROME ON THEM.  THERE WARRANTY IS USELESS AND THEY TOLD ME TO BASICALLY GO FLY A KITE AFTER 6 MONTHS OF OWNING THE WHEELS.  I GOT SCREWED OUT OF ALOT OF CASH AND HOPE THAT PLACE BURNS TO THE GROUND ONE DAY WITH THEM ALL INSIDE!! KARMA'S A BIT%H BUDDY!!

To address your particular reports:
1. We often refund 100% of a customer's security deposit, and when we don't, it's because the wheels sent to us are damaged or out-of-round per our Chrome Exchange policies (http://www.lawheel.com/exchangefaq.htm).  The reason for this is because those wheels you send us are going to be chromed and sold, and we will not sell our customers inferior product.  If they aren't 100% straight and true, we have to repair them, which costs us.  Thus our repair fees are deducted from your security deposit.  Typical repairs are $75 - 115 based on the extent of the repairs per wheel.

2. All of our wheels are examined in full at several points during the chroming, packaging and shipping process to ensure they are in perfect condition -- we won't sell anything that's not 100% straight and true.  You can see more about our shipping and packaging process here (http://www.lawheel.com/shipping.html) but we've actually added more secure plastic and a molded foam injection to this process to make it even better.

3. We stand behind our chrome quality (http://www.lawheel.com/chromeprocess.html) with a 5 Year warranty (http://www.lawheel.com/warranty.html) because it's one of the best quality chrome processes on the planet.  If you have issues with our chrome, just let us know...if it's covered by our warranty, then you're all set!

4. All of our items ship between 3-15 days.  While we admit there have been delays in the past, we do so noting that this is because of quality control.  If something doesn't meet our super-high standards, we're not going to ship it to you, plain and simple.  We'll get you only the best product.  Chrome wheels are art, and our history shows it.  We stand in front of our eBay Store, because of it's 99.5% positive feedback.  That's not counting thousands of non-eBay customers.
