L & B's Concrete Landscape Borders Terrible work; Unethical response Aurora Colorado
We hired L&B's to do our landscape borders in the front and back yards. They ended up doing them in the wrong color, and putting them in the wrong place in the back yard, covering several of our sprinkler heads. We had chosen brick red, but they did them in black. Cheryl told us that the color was her mistake, and that they would remove and replace them with the right color. That was two months ago, and now she tells me that they are just going to try to stain them red. That won't work, won't look good, and won't address the covered sprinklers in the back yard that have allowed my grass to die over the summer.
Avoid these horribly unethical people.

L & Bs sent a crew out this weekend to remove the incorrect borders and replace them. They were very careful this time, and did a good job; the borders look very nice. When they were finished, they collected the final payment, and it was what we had agreed to initially, so I was pleased by that, too. They have redeemed themselves.

Cheryl with L & Bs contacted me today to say that they will come out tomorrow and rip out all of the borders, and then re-pour them in a couple of days, if I will remove this report. I informed her that if they make this situation right, I will remove this report.
