L'core provided wrong information about their policy and now won't refund me my money. Since I am not fluent in English there was actually one of the workers that spoke Russian. She showed me couple of their creams and told me how amazing they are but what was very weird is that she told me they are really expensive but she will give me a good discount if I buy it today. Most of their creams original prices were $1200 and she was selling me 3 products for about $500 which is still a lot.


Therefore I told her that I'm not sure because I've never seen their company and I have to ask my daughter to check it out. She said it's fine if I buy it I can bring it back if I don't use them. So I bought them and after my daughter looked them up and saw poor reviews and not much information was on the internet about this company, she told me to return them. I also spoke to one of my friends that is a dermatologist and she did not recommend me using the creams because it might not be good for my skin and she has never heard of this company. May I also add that none of their creams are packaged/sealed. Their policy as the employee said was to return in 14 days and I still had time.


I purchased the creams on 12/21/2013 and went to return it on 1/3/2014. The transaction number is 1211387678366 the sales person name was Iryna and the total of my purchase was $486.45 for 3 products. As I was signing the receipt Iryna confirmed that I can bring them back with no problem. When I went back on the 3rd to return they asked me for 25% to return it, yes it says on the receipt but I do not read or speak English well. It is the employees responsibility to tell me their policy when asked while I'm signing the paper. Then I spoke to their manager and he said if I email their head manager Maya she can approve that I can return for free and I can bring it back.


When my daughter emailed Maya she was very mean and strict with her policy and said there's nothing I can do. This was all written by my daughter Angelina Chernova. My mother was very not pleased with her purchase and they are just like scammed companies because if their creams actually where popular and known they would be sealed and I would be able to return them with no problem. I never used the creams or even opened them at home. Later, i realized they have another store in Mandalay Bay i decided to go and see how much the prices are so i did, they were offering me 4 creams for lesser price same three creams and an addiotional cream, therefore there are no real prices in these stores, the creams are not packaged, and this company is a scam.
