STATEMENT FROM L’CORE PARIS:
True about bad customer service, FALSE about fake products. We did not control what our employees were saying to clients, we trained them and trusted they were going to do a good job and represent us well, but we became aware that the sales force is not complying with our training. We are putting all our efforts to re train, re educate sales force with correct product information and instructions on how to use, to make sure we have a sales team that is knowledgeable of the products and putting penalties for bad customer service so we make sure this never happens again.
