I ordered a free trial to (of course) try out. Was not pleased with the product. No worder the product gets low reviews, but I thought "its only a free trial with payment of shipping" so I went ahead. Now the free trial is a 30 day supply. However I was billed 2 weeks later for 98 dollars. First, the trial is a 30 day supply. Second, the website I ordered on said nothing of billing me after 2 weeks. Why would any compay send a 30 day supply for a trial and charge 2 weeks later??

Called and got an agent that was full of it. No refunds. There were two products I ordered a trial of. One is L'etoile which is 0.5 oz, and the other was Illustra eye serum which was also 0.5 oz. The first, L'etoile, is $98 and the second, Illustra, is $89. That is outragous for 0.5 oz of either product. This to me is a ripoff becuase of two reasons. You don't send a 30 day trial and bill 14 days later (that show it is a non-working product, because if it worked the would allow the 30 days before billing). The second reason, false advertising with Anjolina Jolie. Oh and of course I saw no signs of being billed full product charge after 14 days. The agent on the phone said "he was looking at the website as we were speaking", he must of been looking at a different site than I ordered from! I have ordered over a dozen free trials, and was never additonally billed for any of them.

DO NOT BUY THIS TRIAL!! The cream and serum do not work well as they say, and both products are too highly priced. They are making a ton of money fooling women. Whats even worse is that when I called my back about the charge there was no information regarding the compny's contact information. Which is werid because most billing departments have nothing to hide when billing for a service or product, but this one obviously did.

The agent also told me that "he recieved many calls thanking him for such a great product, and the company has a 98 percent customer satisfaction rating. I find that extremly hard to believe.
