L'etoile Signed up $14.95 for a 14 day trial and then took $98.08 out of my account. I did not read anywhere payments would automatically come out of my account. They refused to refund me so I told them to send the product of what I paid for and it's the same size as the 14 day trial. Rip off. California Internet
Signed up for a 14 day trial for $14.95. Two weeks later they took $98.08 out of my account. I did not read anywhere payments would continue to come out unless canceled. I called for a refund which they refused. Since they refused, I told them to send me the product that I paid for and it's the same size as the trial product.
