L3 Harris Incompetent workers at benefits center that cause a lot of financial hardship

The people they hire are very incompetent and cannot do basic addition or subtraction messing up your benefits calculation and they don't find the mistake until several years down the line and go after the spouse of an L3 former employee. I am a widow, the mistake was not caught until almost three years after the start of receiving benefits and I believed the original amount was correct and even asked them several times, additionally asked for a reduction and to have a portion held for federal and state income tax reasons, several years we were unaware of the issue until we received a demand letter for 50K. The person that was responsible should be held responsible and fired for their negligence. This company has done nothing but cause anxiety, depression and harm, then try to give a pensioner 50% less of what I should receive, around $960 to pay off the "debt." They have harmed us in many ways, having to pay more for our taxes as their "mistake" caused me to be in a higher tax bracket.  I am a widow and my husband worked at this establishment for over 30 years as a senior engineer, therefore the calculations may be incorrect.

They also cannot substantiate their claims as I have not seen a single disclosure paperwork, contract describing our rights, and have not received the entire record of how they calculate the pension, received no calculation, intially only received a paper asking our home address and where to send the money and that was it. 

This is a nationwide issue with pensioners from the private and public sector, also social security has done the same to many people. They overpay and when someone asks if the money is the correct amount they say it is, only to leave a pensioner homeless and penniless afterwards as they recoup the money. Why not hire competent people?

This benefits center is not very transparent. If one tries to change their address it will take 6 months to get it right due to the level incompetency! Our mail is still being sent to a different address years later and being thrown into the trash after repeatedly telling them not to send anything there. This is just illustrates their level of intellect and lack of accountability.
