OMG. These guys are a bunch of lazy clowns. Boy do I wish I could upload the pictures of the filth their idea of cleaning entails with 3 people on the scene. Of course, Mario, the owner just watches and tells you that if he does something it's a "gift" to you and otherwise do it yourself! You know it's bad when you are on your hands and knees cleaning your house and they're standing around watching you work up a sweat.
