the company agreed for my purchase of supplements of us$300 and us$50 freight fees total of us$350.

I noticed that these are the authorised shippers were dhl,tnt,ems and fedEx  in my communication i suggeted dhl and as i said it was near for mr to pick the parcel.

i was surpised to note that the suppler used used expressonlineservice and here is the tracking information:-

ELS:EE62950091UA WEBSITE: expresslineservice.com .

this is the same company that picked the parcel from ukrain and when the parcel reached turkey, i got an email that my parcel was withheld by customs as it required an univsersal import lisence which turkey does not require if i had been living in turkey but  this was a parcel in transit.

I was told to pay amounts from US$550 to US$2,050.00 . This l refused even after presenting them my import permit from my country and tthey could not explain what really they wanted culminating withholding my parcel.

There is no help from the supplier as it apprears he connived with them to have me ripped off as thery still refuse to refund nor transfer the same to a reputable shipper like dhl and there fore I am at a loss they still want me to pay before my parcel can be realeased .

I am aware that the mail did not come from customs in turkey but from customer service for express line service.

Being abroad is a disadvantage as I have no way to compel them legally .

i would seek that the supplier sends a replacment parcel and retrieves the one held by the prefered shipper for recouse or refund mu money in Full  for failing to make delivery and for misleading and directing me to a shipper with intentions to rip me off.
