I began receiving abusive calls from these psychos about a month ago. At first I was confused as to who they were or what they even wanted. I tried to figure it out but NO ONE would answer any questions. Instead they would get hostile and threaten me with legal action.

Since I could not verify who they even were, I turned to good old google. What I found is that this company was investigated by Nashville's channel 4 news. When I confronted them with that, they said they were suing me. Gave me a phony case number from our local court. I called the court, they said nothing was pending.

Turns out these people buy debts that have been discharged in bankruptcy  or written off, then threaten and bully people into paying debts that they don't owe. In my case, it's not even me. When I confronted them with that information, they:

1. refused to send out any proof verifying it was
2. Lied and said they called google and google gave them my ip address which then was traced back to my home (umm.. I only access the internet at work and school and the email address wasn't even mine. We don't have home internet because we are never home).
3. Had fake process servers call me (again, I'm not even the person they are looking for)
4. Called me repeatedly.

These people are con artists, they got in trouble for it once already and had to change their names from Giove Law Firm to L Ryan Copeland. Avoid these harassers!
