I initially signed up for one year, the girl was trying to sale me on two years but I told her 'no' because I was in the military and did not know where I would be in a year.  She said military regardless of one or two years you can bring your orders in and cancel your contract anytime.

I told her I know all about that but due to OPSEC I can not bring in orders telling you when and where I'm going. I, also, did not want to get a letter or anything from my unit.  The less my unit has to do with my personal life the better. She said ok we will put you up for a year. I should of known, I had a bad feeling when I left.

In a year I attended two classes, my free one and one on the books. They got their money worth but I agreed to a year, so I didn't care.

After a year, money was still being drawn out. I went in I told them they need to cancel my membership it's been a year.  The guy there said I had to pay $100 something dollar because I was breaking the contract.  I told the guy I only signed up for one year.  He said the computer says two years.  I told him I wanted to see the contract I signed, he said he can't it's all electronic.

I asked him if he can print it out.  He said no.  I asked him straight up if he's refusing to let me see my contract.  He said yes, staring me straight down like he wanted to start a fight. I stepped outside to call my friend in legal services. While outside he was cussing, calling me names, and saying military people think their so tough, I'll get in the ring and knock them out.

Now collections is on me. Still haven't seen a contract and I now have to pay some $1000 amount.  Definitely, getting legal help.
