The company offers free trials in the 2 products I ordered.  Those were LaCell' Rejuvenating Eye Serum and LaCell' Revitalizing Skin Cream.  I ordered the free trial which should have made me suspicious because you had to still put in your credit card information.  It was some time before I got 2 separate small packages.  The invoices included disn't have any information whatsoever on them so I wasn't even sure what they were at the time.  I tried looking them up on line from what minimal information there was on the invoice with no success.  Needless to say I wasn't thinking about any time frame to test the product, I was probably already past the 14 days before I even opened the package.  So yesterday the 2 charges equaling $178.42 appeared on my checking statement.  Again, difficult to track down, but called the number on the bank statement.  Phone is answered with no company name, you have to ask if they can tell you what they sell so you can ask if you ordered it!!  I then procedded to argue with the person on the phone about what I did or didn't agree to.

They do offer to refund you 35% of that $178.42 if you agree to some additional terms.  I said oh heck no!  I asked him to cancel the 2 substcriptions asap.  I didn't feel like it was productive to stay on the line with him.I honestly can't tell you that there either was or wasn't a box I clicked saying I agreed to the Terms and Conditions.  I have gone back to review the website and I beliieve they have now got that statement on the very first box of information you fill out.  I don't believe it was anywhere to be seen at the time I signed up.  It looks as though there have been many, many reports of their shenanigans so moving it may have been their solution to their "communication" issues.  Honestly, but the time you get the product, there isn't enough time to test it.  That means there is no way to know if it works and therefore, no time for you to know whether you want to keep ordering the product or not.  In other words, the LaCell company takes the decision out of your hands by ensuring the time up for you to make a decision has already come and gone by the time you can make a decision.  The entire process is set up to get $179 from everyone who signs up for a free trial.
