La Dermanique & Lumera Eye Serum Free Trial Offer - Fraudulently charged my account for products I didn't request, receive or wanted! Greenville South Carolina
La Dermanique and Lumera Eye Serum Skin Care products - On 15 May 2014 I signed up for a 14 day "Free Trial" offer of their skin care products which required a $4.95 shipping and handling fee for each of the 2 products being offered. You had to use a credit or debit card to make the purchase. Nowhere on their website does it say anything about automatically being enrolled into a monthly automated purchase unless canceled before the 14 day trial period expires.
I didn't receive the "Free Trial" products until the 28th of May, although the website says products are usually shipped within 1-2 days. Subsequently without my knowledge or permission, on 30 MAY 2014 La Dermanique and Lumera charged my account for $97.88 and $87.67 respectively. I am assuming that is for additional product which I didn't order, receive (as of 09 June 2014) or even wanted!
All calls to the number (844-670-0740) listed on their website www.dermanique.com can't be completed as dialed. I have found 2 additional phone numbers 844-670-0739 and 0743 with the same result. I have tried to contact them through their link: contact@dermanique.com but with no success!
My recommendation - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!
