LA Design LA Design Custom Framing LA Design and Custom Framing RIPOFF Missoula Montana
I am not one to complain like this but this store should be named LA Prices, LA Attitude in small town Montana. I have had probably 45 pictures framed and matted. I have used everyone in and around Missoula. This company is the MOST overpriced ripoff by a country mile. I had a small document framed it was $185 and the glass isn't even non-glare. It is plain glass. No Matting just this Shopko thin frame. In fact I found one almost identical at Shopko for $11.
And let's talk about the service. Took them a month and when I went in to pay some college chick, who I think had a dating app pulled up on her phone and could have cared a less about customers, rang me up. AND she was insightful enough to bring her giant *** dog to work with her. The dog kept trying to sniff my crouch and he didn't look friendly and he was s****.>
The crap in this store is literally 3X the price of anywhere else. I have spent time in Manhatten and So. CA so I know the prices and LA Design is as expensive as anywhere I have been. REALLY! I guess if there are enough suckers from out of state that don't shop around you can get an $11 frame for $185 and get waited on by a douch bag. My mistake was I didn't get the exact cost-I was busy when I dropped it off and the cake face lady that owns the place said it 'wouldn't be much'. My mistake.
There is a great little frame shop on Brooks that does better work at 1/3 the price. I don't know if I can put their name in this post but look them up and save big. And they are NICE. What a concept!!
