Ordered extra protection plan to have repairs to my leather couch fixed. I paid extra for this plan.
They denied my claim and kept my money....DO NOT order any extra protection plan from this company - it is a complete RIP OFF.
False marketing and advertising.
I will safely say I will never order a LAZYBOY couch ever again in my lifetime!
