LA Fitness braking the law of not paying their Trainers hourly wage columbus Ohio
I worked as a Trainer in LA Fitness which was formerly known as Urban Active. The rules and regulations say that Trainers supposed get paid hourly wage or the commission one or the other, but they only pay by appointment thus breaking the law. Management also forces Trainers to work for free and to hassle clients by trying to give them free work outs in order to sell them expensive sessions. If the trainers refuses to work for free they fire him or her. Very crooked corporation!! Also many clients lost their sessions when Urban Active sold their gyms to LA Fitness in transition and they never credited them those lost sessions. Has many hidden fees in the membership Very crooked company beware.
