Complaint Review: LA fitness

I was a bally customer with my son and my cu cu sen three of us but we revived a email from bally if we need to renew the contrat  but w didenot but after la fitness got the place more than a year they still taking out the mony from my account for three of us they have all my  information but they never tried to contact me even we dont have the la fitness scanning card the surprise thing is my son us to go their tokndo or karate class that service disconected long time ago but they steel taking the money out of my account when i find out i tried to cancel but steel taking out my mony they keep saing this is the last payment and when i ask my mony back they are not proffessional the dont now how to talk they dont have any knowlege they are just greedy and  they dontcare about the customer plese i need help they canceled all of us from this business and i really need help to Get my mony back this mony is more than one thousend
