I have emailed Joe Torrecillas 6 times and not once did I receive a reply, instead got Chris to talk to me so I will give in for another training. I went to LA Fitness Puente Hills and talked to Chris and again refused to return my money - $1,522. I had to walk out because I was shaking and I was not feeling well anymore.

My case: I was forced to sign up for personal training. I signed up June 23. I went twice on schedule for training with Jonathan Sung. I went there June 25 Monday as what we've agreed on, I came and Jonathan said: "Sorry, I forgot. Let's do it Friday, same time 3PM." I went there again Friday, June 29 at 3PM. He came out of the room and said: "Was it today? I'm sorry I forgot." I was forgotten twice. I made an effort to take the training but I was forgotten.

I went there July 23 Monday to cancel. Jonathan Sung was there and said, "Why did you want to cancel? What was it that you didn't like about the training?" I told him "Hello? Jonathan don't you even remember me? You're supposed to train me but you never trained me, never called me to schedule any training. So I just want my money back. Jonathan said he'll just ask the manager to call me. So I left.

Fernando G. called me and said he doesn't know what's going on and that he'll talk to Jonathan again. After that, I never heard anymore from LA Fitness. I filed a dispute to my credit card twice. I realized that I was still within the 30-day grace period to cancel cause I signed up June 23. I was there July 23 to cancel it. I double checked the calendar and counted - 30 days.

I was surprised charges were made to my credit card despite filing dispute - October 15 ($736) and October 16 ($786), and this time I received a letter from Bank of America stating that LA Fitness printed two made up Training session that I never occurred. This is Attendance Data Fraud. The June 23rd - 25 minute sessions was an assessment prio to signing up any contract or even agreeing to the training. I have a witness. The July 22 training session also never occurred.

I am not going to stop until I get my money back.
