I attempted to cancel my memberships for me and my wife and was told I would need to download a form off their website. Once getting to the page with the form, it was protected with a username/password request. I called to get my username and password and they advised I would have to contact corporate to set it up and they would call me. I never got the call.

I called a week later, was told to do the same thing and after finally they were able to patch me through to someone that said they would take care of it and the memberships would be cancelled.

I had to wait 2 months because of my contract and at that time noticed only 1 account was cancelled. Now I am calling them, they refuse to credit my credit card, but said they would cancel the other membership. Stating I will not pay for any additional billings and that I want a refund, they said they will have someone call me from corporate next week.

What lousy customer service. I couldn't even speak to a manager at the location because 'she stepped out'.

This company has the worst billing tactics. It is really amazing!

I hope this gets resolved easily, but I am sure I will have to refuse the charges from my credit card...

Big pain!
