LA Fitness theft of sessions from clients. unpaid wages to Trainers columbus Ohio
My name is Roman and I am a former employee of LA Fitness on Polaris. I worked there as a Personal Trainer. I was underpaid, lied to, asked to work for free, and terminated for lack of business even thought I was not getting paid hourly wage. In the rules and regulations of LA Fitness corp it said trainers supposed to get paid commission or hourly wage one of the other, but they only paid by commission. Clients sessions were stolen by URban active when it was sold to LA Fitness. Their sessions disapeared and were never credited back to their clients.
