LA Garments Sent me $240 worth of incorrect items then, refuses to refund my money! Laguna Hills, California

On November 10th I received an order from LA Garments.  This order had 6 shirts missing, one set of shirts came in black and I ordered white, there were missing sizes, 2 of the items were not even close to what they were in the desciption, I ordered some plus sizes and they were all smaller than the Juniors clothes that I sell!  On top of all of this there was a candy wrapper in the box!  How unprofessional!!!  I sent these items back the very next day UPS, confirmed that they did receive it a few days later but, I still have not seen the $240 that they owe me!  Every time that I call LA Garments, I get an answering machine.  I have left about 20 messages and have NEVER received a call back!  I have e-mailed LA Garments and they have only chosen to e-mail me back a couple of times.  It's so hard to get a hold of anyone, that I feel that this is just some make shift, fly by night company ran by a couple of 14 year olds!  FINALLY, I get an e-mail from LA Garments on December 5th stating that they will send out a refund check to me Priority Mail that night.  It's now December 15th, and I have not received anything from them!  I have called 6 times in the last 2 days and left messages for them to return my phone call and haven't received a phone call back.   I am extremely disappointed that this company has such poor customer service because they have half way decent clothes.  This is a warning to all retailers looking for clothing wholesalers........STAY AWAY FROM LA GARMENTS!

I have waited a long time to post a rebuttal to this false accusation because of a pending lawsuit against the person posting this.  As of 8/20 the person posting this FALSE accusation has been arrested for identity theft. Crystal Vinduska dba CDAWNS has purchased merchandise from me in the amoount of $240. She returned the merchandise as stated. LA Garments TRIED to CREDIT her card for the FULL refund without success. We contacted Ms. Vinduska who informed us that she canceled the credit card. Merchants CANNOT issue refunds to canceled credit cards. I let Crystal Vinduska know this and offered to send her a cashier's check. The cashier's check was sent the following week and CASHED a few days after. I have delivery confirmation for the check. Ms. Vinduska said she didnt receive or cash the check. A few weeks later, someone from her address tried to purchase $5K of merchandise from our online store. The card was fraudulent and the address was the same as Ms. Vinduska's address. I immediately called the police and an investigation was started. The police advised me not to post anything until an arrest was made. A few days ago, CRYSTAL VINDUSKA WAS ARRESTED. I'm attaching the link, scroll to 8/20:
