At 1:22I went to your restaurant at 6801 N Mesa, El Paso, TX 79932 . The cashier was rude to begin with. She charged our credit card and then claimed it did not go through, even though the machine said transaction approved. The cashier while we were eating came to our table to charge us cash, for a second time, like if we were delinquents. We paid since I was with my wife in public. When I checked the bank account the transfer was there.

I went to the front and notified the cashier I would need to speak to the General Manager and in a smart tone, she replied the General Manager is off today. She did not apologize or make any attempt to correct the situation. She calls the manager, who refused to give her name. The manager stated that there is nothing she can do that I have to take it up with the bank.

She also refused/failed to apologize. I told her that this was unacceptable and she said that this is a private business and There is nothing I can do about it.

... the response from management was not appropriate.  Dispute with your bank and if you go back, go with cash.
