La Paloma Nursing Home Jeff, Jennifer, and dr. Novak They are trying force me out apartment, don't forget I'm a black man, and we know what that means Oceanside California
In July of this year, I'm a student at a near community college shortly after 55th birthday I had light stroke which Im recovering from nicely. When I was in hospital, they found no brain damage. Now, to let you know I'm a black man, and we know what that means. Because now at La Paloma healthcare center for Rehab now I'm near the end of my stay and to return home they are trying to force me out my apartment and in assisted living. La Paloma healthcare is taking advantage of my illness that has a curried. I believe that La Paloma is discrimimnating against me as a single black man. Therefore im taking legal action against La Paloma health care center.

NO agency can force you to do something that you do not want to - it is called Resident Rights. AND what does the color of your skin have to do with anything??? Just move back home - period. Don't know if you have any case against them unless they assault or restrain you against your will.
