my neighbor received a letter dated 18 december 2007 said that his name attached to the ticket number....... drew the lucky numbers which consequently won the lottery in the 3rd category and that he has been approved for a lump sum payout of 815.950 euro. there is also a number of claim file.

the letter continues and says that his fund is deposited in the bank insured in his name, and all paricipants were selected through a ballot system from 25000 names from USA; Canada, Asia, New Zealand, Europe and Africa.
to begin his claim he had to contact the foreign operation manager of la oriental de seguros Mr. Derek Martinez for processing and release.All prizes must be claimed not later than 14 january 2008, after this date all funds will be returned to the ministerio de economia y hacienda as unclaimed. they said that a 5% of his money belongs to his claim agent as a part of his commission.

the letter is signed Antonio Garcia Peral for vice president.

included whith letter there is a form to complete with personal data, bank information, next of kin.
