Apparently this scam has been around for a long time. It claims that you've won a Spanish Lottery and won over 600,000 euros. The name of the offender has changed but the address is the same. I googled the address and found many sites regarding this scam.

This scam is continuing and the signed name is Don Romero Garcia. And the postmark on the stamp is Malaga, Spain, Although the return address is Madrid. These people must really think we're stupid. Who would send their bank account and routing number to a stranger offering money for a "lottery" they didn't even enter. I'd love to pursue this further.

I feel completely violated for someone assuming that I could be that stupid. I am also concerned as to how this individual got my name and address. Seeing as I am planning a trip to Spain in the general vicinity of the post mark, within the year. I am concerned that this individual has hacked into some kind of hotel or reservation site.
