They explained the program, asked for payment for all "LA LITES" up front ($500) and then promptly sent me on my way with no counseling, no calls, nothing. I came back to see if I needed to weigh in but the 16 year old receptionist/counselor/owner talked with her friends for 20 minutes and then just weighed me and NOTHING. It was only later that I realized I had paid a lot of money for a bag full of power bars. Even though I paid for the entire program, no one called since the first visit. RIP OFF.
