I have purchesed a sectional sofa an chair from the store. Paid additional for the unlimited lifetime warranty as represented by the sales clerk. Was told if was covered by la z boy no matter what happens to the furniture. Even if your son colors on the the sofa or tears are made. Everything was covered. Was never given any warranty paper work since they said al lI needed to do was call the store if a claim needed to be made. Since the sectonal sofa consisted of 3 pieces. Was charged 3 times the amount in addtion to chair. (spent almost $8,000 for both).

When I went to make a claim, lazboy said it was a thrid party vendor. Sent me to the vendor, finally after 3 months they came and and then denied the claim. Lazyboy then said they had sent me to the wrong vendor. 6 month later the new vendor doesn't wan't cover becuase the piece doesn't have lazyboys ACK number. The sofa had only once sticker with numbers, not 3. Still denied.

Also, this vendor's warranty is shrinked wrapped inside a cleaning prodcut that was sent with the delivery and is a partial warranty limited to 5 years. Have spent numerous days waiting for reps to show up that didn't. Unreturned phone calls. . ALSO, bought a Lazyboy oudoor furniture. This was a double loung chair for $1,000. Within 1 month, all the fabric faded. Very disappointed in LAZY boy and will never by another product.
