My husband and I went to the store to look at grandfather clocks. We picked one out we liked and put the purchase on our store credit card. When it was delivered it was not in the packing material that it is supposed to be in for safe transit. As a result of the drivers/stores negligence the clock does not work. They have accused us of breaking it, even though no one in my home has touched it. They refuse to take it back or exchange it for a clock that works. We are filing a report with the Consumer Protection Agency in our state. I spoke with the store manager and he actually became upset with me for calling him and told me he wasnt going to talk to me if I was going to get mad (which I in no way exhibited anger). If there is an attorney around us who can help please let us know...thank you
