La-Z-Boy Furniture Sold me defective and lousy quality furniture at high cost Agoura Hills Nationwide

 90 days ago I spent $4800 on a couch, love seat, recliner and chair (Mackenzie & Charlotte styles ) from an upscale area - within 90 days I've had 2 home visits to repair pillows, assess excessive wrinkling/buckling if material on arm rests ( Lousy Boy says is normal) on 5 of 6 arm rests, fix broken recliner springs and am waiting for another home service call to fix 2 more broken springs on same recliner fixed 3 weeks ago and trouble shot why larger couch squeaks:creeks loudly when sitting on couch. How does a spring break while sitting watching TV ? Customer service person inferred twice that because their furniture manufacture standards are so high the problem must be outside of the furniture specifications ( Code word for the Customer is Stupid and is at fault ) how insulting especially after spending so much money for what is supposed to be high quality furniture - I can't get my money back and wonder if I'm having this much trouble in 90 days what will happen after 1 year, 2 years or more - CAUTION - Don't buy from La-Z-Boy as I regret buying and being insulted by their Customer Service people who infer I not their lousy craftsmanship is the problem !
