Before purchasing our $4000.00 sectional two years ago,we researched for over six months. We were told by the furniture store that "La-z-boy lasts forever, the only reason why people get rid of them is because they get tired of looking at the same furniture".

Because of this we purchased a large sectional. We even picked out our layout, the fabric everything. We then waited for 8 weeks for it to be delivered.

I was so excited when it was delivered. Then the problems started. One of the foot rests would not come out on it's own. You had to pull it out with your hand. Then some of the seams started coming out (they did repair the seams, the first time).

The straw that broke the camel's back was when one of the frame boards under the back cushion of this recliner broke yesterday. I called and was told "that will be $75.00 and $15.00 for millage and if it takes longer than one hour it will be an additional $50.00 for each hour."

Well, for something that was supposed to "last forever" two years seems a bit rediculous. I will never buy La-Z-Boy again and I would join any class action suit possible!!!
