La-Z-Boy Rip Off customer representative Kimberly
I entered into a five year contract wherein La-Z-Boy would repair or replace leather cushions, Cushions were found to be unreparable and La-Z-Boy said they would replace them. This was promised by Kimberly of La-Z-Boy seven ( 7 ) months ago. Since then I have been unable, ( after many communications ), to effect delivery. She has given me various excuses for the delay, including mistaking me for another customer. I am 78 years old and I can't wait to much longer!! Thanks for any assistance.
