Complaint Review: Lab Charge

So I ordered an air purifier due to my sensitive allergies.  I was patiently waiting for it's arrival. I received an email stating it had arrived but it was not near my home or front door.  I took necessary measures to  see what happened to the 80.00 package.  The only thing I can think of is that it was stolen .

In the meantime I went locally  and purchased another air purifier.  I asked for a refund from this company and they will not  budge on this.  I am a senior citizen living on a fixed income and cannot afford to lose out on 80.00! They refuse to respond to my last two emails so this is what I had to resort to.
