Complaint Review: Lab Corp Burlington NC

Lab Corp, Burlington NC A consumer relations department that should rectify customer questions or concerns is unresponsive. Regarding a small bill I had already made two payments on but was billed again, I could not get a satisfactory answer as to why I was being repeatedly for the same service listed on the bill. I provided copies of cashiers checks and the bills forwarded listing the same service, but received no response. Instead they forwarded my account to a collection agency. I think a consumer should be able to sue for jeopardizing their credit without merit. Burlington North Carolina

I was billed at least three times for a sum of $20 and change.  I queried about repeat billing after prior payment was sent and waited for a response.  There was none.  Thirty days after the third bill was sent with a difference of cents, I received a notice from a collection agency.
