LabCorp - Laboratory Corportation Of America ripoff Sent Refund check to me but couldn't tell me what it was from and when it took place Burlington South Carolina
I received a refund check of a small amount in the mail. It was very vague and didn't explain what the refund was for or when the activity took place. I then called them up and gave them the invoice #, which was 10 digits. They only invoice patients using 8 digits. They also couldn't tell me what the refund was for nor why they couldn't tell me (I haven't had any kind of Lab work done in the last 7 or 8 years)...With a combination of all these factors, it seems to be very fishy. Although LabCorp seems like a legitimate company, they aren't. Their CSRs seem to have a 6th Grade education and are not professional by all means. It seems to me that someone within Labcorp is submitting these refund checks to people knowing that they will cash them and immediately the person at Labcorp or is affiliated with them, get your personal banking information. Not worth the couple of dollars.
