Management show a lack of professionalism. Managers show favoritism among employees. The Manager makes a lot of promises and "conveniently forgets" when it comes to the "raise" that was promised. ask all the mayority of the HISPANICS that have been in that company----ALL OF THEM------
SEXUAL HARRASMENT, i felt that I could not trust my manager every time this was taking place because I did not feel that I could trust her, for previous reasons that had gone bad before, the lies, hipocrecy, lack of trust. Accidents happening and not being reported. the major problems are NOT being reported to the president, everything has to be in silence so the managers don't get in trouble, instead employees are being "let go" without any proof of guilt. Employees don't feel that they are allowed to speak out the truth, they feel that they are going to get fired, like it has hapened before. No, security in the computer systems, anyone can logg in with other peoples name and get them fired, I KNOW A LOT OF EMPLOYEES THAT WERE FIRED FOR THAT REASON, I AM 101% SURE. I'VE SEEN, BUT I HAD TO SHUT UP. anything bad that happened they blamed the person who they wanted fired, without ANY proof. I KNOW!!!!!!!!
Manager(M.O.) is very unethical when it comes to treating everyone equally. SHE, is the main reason for all the lies, she is the main reason why a lot of employees-the good employees- are gone. she is verbally abusive, made people feel inferior, depressed and a nervous wreck. employees would cry. This is not to harm 1 person in particular, this is to let people know to be careful with employers, favoritism exist and I feel that the type of act that is being done by some management employees in this company is "racism". Dont feel like you can't speak what you feel. I know that I made enemies by speaking out the truth but I they can't say that I disrespected or offended anyone. Stand for yourself and if you are told a promise GET IT IN WRITTING-ALWAYS. Don't let anyone make you work like a "mule" without getting paid. LIKE IT HAPPENED TO ME. i am hurt because this treatment should not hapening to anyone. no person deserves this, no matter what.

Don't forget to add, it was not only Hispanics, it was also the non-speaking english people. Talk about emotional abuse!!!!! everything said was obvious, thats right!!! everybody is afraid to speak. affraid to come forward and put the foot down. Talk about treating the employees bad and talking "crap" behind their backs like they were never going to find out. Please.... THERE IS ABUSE!!!! not to mention other facts..... some day I know people are going to start expressing themselves, wether we are still working here or we are already "fired".
I wish all of you get monitored. I wish people would see everything that happens. I wish that some day this company would only keep the employees that really put their devotion and dedication to their job, the ones abused, the ones that are told lies, the ones that are being taken advantage of. God will make justice and for those who know who they are and those who know I am talking about them, please stop being so abusive and unfair with the employees. stop having favoritism because some like to kiss "_ss" MORE than others. if you can live your life making others "hell" then I hope one day you can have a change of heart and consider that YOU are no better than thus around you. I wish that one day you wake up and start feeling bad for all the people you harm and threw on the street, without money, without their vacation time paid, without the benefits that they earned, the smile you draw on your face when you let someone "go" and most of all the low self steam they took with them when you took their hopes away. One day its going to come back to YOU. dont be a hipocrit you are no one.
