I'am an employee of labeck trucking and have never been asked to run illeagal on my hours of service all of labeck trucking equipment is 2004 or newer most of the trailers are 2012 all the trucks that have over 600,000 miles on them have new motors and clutches in them. this driver that has made the complaint was not turning in his paper work and when he did was turning extra miles to be paid which he did not drive the miles he turned in because there was not no way possible he could drive that many miles. this driver also recieved 10 citations that were all driver issues. none equipment issuses which were not reported to the company I found them left in the permit book and turned them into the company I have never not been paid for all work that was done. this employee is homeless and just trying to get somthing for nothing.also on the money issues this company has been very generous and given me advances to get me out of my own binds. and yes marty there are company's out there but this is not one of them this company is paying up to .40 cpm this company also provides housing if jeff would just have did his job properly and not try to steal from the company he would not be in the situation he is in.

I was told not to worry about a cord from his rv I transported. Him being a jerk that he is, withheld it out of my last check and overcharge me for it. Also never reinburst me for any of my out of pocket expenses in the end.
He illegaly withheld the rv money from my check and I found that out from the wage /labor department. SO i was able to file a claim on that as well as the out of pocket expenses he never paid me for.
Also he as iqnored all communications from the agency. So they made a ruling which is in my behalf. So Scott will have to pay up or face legal fines, fee and legal court stuff. I am not the only one whom has filed against him for shorting some one's check.
Next the trucks are crap and unsafe to drive, When winter hits. I had to get a lock smith to get the door unlock since key wouldn't open the lock. The locking mechanism on the truck had major issues.
Also Scott broke into a employees trailer with another co worker and stoled money, food ect. This guy is a real winner of a piece of trailer trash. After the two states and DOT gets finish with him. I think he will be spending time in one of our jails.

See here it is again,I have said over and over a driver defending a trucking company don't carry much weight. It is obvious to anyone there is going to be at least one happy driver there or they would have no one.Another reason the company should be defending themselves is they are the ones with all the paperwork to prove if this person is a liar.But i would also have to assume that this person has paperwork to back up there claim.
The trucking industry has more bad companies than good ones and it is not say that the one you drive for is not good.But being that I have been a driver for 39 years I have seen more bad than good.I read these things and then tell it like I see it,and if the owner isn't going to defend themselves it's always 1 of 2 reasons.#1 they are not guilty and are just letting this guy rant or #2 they are guilty and can't make up enough lies to cover there butt.So the paperwork does all the talking which no one can see on here,so where does that leave us?
Just for the record I have been blacklisted from the trucking industry by more than one company but I have the paperwork not only to prove they are liars but I would also take a polygraph to anything I have to say,do you think that any of these companies would do the same?The answer is no up to this date.I got fired from my last job because the head guy said I couldn't be controlled,what does that mean?It's a long story,but that it what this industry has come to,if you want to get paid your out of control.
So as far as I'm concerned,I have only heard one side and that is all I have to go on.
