Labels Lab Over charge for the quality and customer service, AVOID!!

Horrible experience, Avoid at all cost!

Labels Lab Production:
My labels were printed incorrectly, multiple times, which cost me time and money. Labels Lab completely screwed up the art files I had sent. The first run, important legal information was missing so Labels Lab offered to print them again, and again my labels were incorrect. Labels Lab kept blaming everyone but themselves for the mistakes. First it was the production facilities mistake, then it was their employees. 

Labels Lab Sales:
The girl that answers the phone is not familiar with the materials Labels Lab have which is very confusing, but they're more than happy to send a quote, which is a different price every time you talk to them. Labels Lab always had a "good reason" for it, which is just an excuse build on what sound like lies.
So If you're ok with sales people having their hands in your pockets, then by all means this is the place for you.  

Labels Lab Customer service:
Labels Lab never return your calls or emails, no matter who you ask for.
So if you like chasing someone over the phone & being ignored & worried 24/7, you can give them a try. When I was able to reach someone about the issues Labels Lab didn’t even reimburse me for the mistakes, just “credit to my next order”. As if I was going to order with Labels Lab again. It is not until they send you to the f*cking CEO does anyone sound like they care. And even he doesn't help, he just shifts blame from department to department. I found out that they don't print in America, they print in Isreal. Even though they advertise as printing in America!

Fairly put, overpriced, cheap job, horrible sales people, and really s**+**y Customer Service.
