Labgenix Beaute MD Credit Card Scam La Jolla California
I responded to an online survey for a gift. I chose a gift from Labgenix, the parent company of Beaute MD which is based in La Jolla, CA. After completing the survey I was offered the gift for the cost of shipping and handling at 2.95 cents. What I did not know, nor was the information included in any of the packaging, was that if I did not return the merchandise within 14 days my credit card would be billed for 87.50. This is clearly a scam as attested by all the testimony available on the web. I will be referring this to the AG of California and Florida.
