Kevin McCarthy, Donavon Claflin, & Clifford Baird have already pleaded guilty and will be sentenced this year. The Znetix and Health Maintenance Centers(HMC) founder, Kevin Lawrence is being held without bail in a federal jail for his trial this year.

The salesmen with the last name of Lacson were key salesmen for Kevin Lawrence. There were three Lacson brothers from Kirkland, Washington. They might still be engaged in sales of questionable stock in other private ventures like Pacific Care Partners LLC, HealthMatrix LLC and Ocean Connections across the United States and Canada.

If you come into contact with anyone named Lacson, invest at your own risk. All the investors in Znetix, HMC, And Cascade Pointe LLC's have lost their money. The money was squandered to support a lavish lifestyle of Kevin Lawrence and his close circle. The vast majority of the money has "disappeared".
