Complaint Review: ladco leasing?avalon/Us Bank

Here is how this started.  We had a ccount @ US Bank and we started a business.  Kelli the us bank merchant told us about their merchant rates.  I asked her if there was a contract she said yes. I said cannot do it.  Why? What if we go out of business and cannot pay.  She said no problem IF YOU GO OUT OF BUSINESS YOU CAN CANCELL.  So we signed up. I had no idea about LAdco easing. A third party...now they want 4.350 for something we have never used.  Kelli said we can cancell but know we are stuck and our credit is going to be ruined becasue people just want to make money.  Do not do business with US BANK, AVALON, LADCO LEASING.  LADCO LEASING ACCUSED ME I CANNNOT PAY MY BILLD AND KEPT SAYING MY CREDUT SCORE IS 400.  ONE INSULT ADFER OTHER.  DO NOT DO BUSIESS WITH ANY OF THESE GREEDY COMPANES.
