Ladies Workout Express/Lady Of America Contract issues-difficult to leave even when contract says you can for specific reasons Massachusetts Nationwide
Warning: If you think you can get out of your contract because you "moved more than 25 miles from the nearest LWE location", then think again. I moved 30 miles away from any location as calculated by actual miles. However, LWE will only calculate air miles between zip codes. They do not consider the actual addresses of your home and the gym. So, if you have the "misfortune" of living where towns are larger than 1 mile wide, their calculated miles will be a lot less than the actual ones. In my case, what they considered as 18 miles was in reality 30. Ridiculous!
I lucked out because the center I joined has sinced closed, but you may not be so lucky. Be very careful when joining this club and don't think you can get out of their contract even when the contract says you can for certain reasons.
